2. Trailered Boat Registration

   Section 20-3.6(L) - Land Development Code

   The Land and Development Code now prohibits the storage and parking of boats within the front and side street yards of residential property.   A Trailered Boat, existing and located within the City, as of October 17, 2023, shall be registered with the City by January 15, 2024, in order to be exempted from these regulations to the extent provided in subsection (L)(1)(d).  If properly registered, the boat will be considered an Existing Boat under this Section (L).
