2. Register Now for the City’s Residential Parking Discount Program with ParkMobile

   The City of South Miami is excited to announce a new partnership with ParkMobile to offer residents an exclusive Residential Parking Discount Program, making parking more convenient and cost-effective.

   To ensure you're set up for this benefit, we encourage all residents to register through our website. As an approved resident, you will enjoy the following perks:

   • $1.50 per hour (50% off the non-resident hourly rate) at all City parking zones throughout the City*
   • No mobile app transaction fee

   An email will be sent upon approval for the City's residential discount program. Please allow up to 3 business days for the discount to be reflected on the account.

    Attach your required Florida Vehicle Registration which must show it to a valid City of South Miami Residential Property

22. Please note:

    • Registration is required each year.
    • Each property may register up to two vehicles
    • Once approved, your Residential Parking Discount Program benefits will remain valid through December 31 of each year. You’ll be able to re-register before the year’s end for continued benefits.

    This discount is exclusively for City of South Miami residents, and participation must be renewed annually.

    Residential Parking Discount Program parking zones may be altered at the discretion of the City Manager and/or his or her designee with the intent of maintaining a vibrant and robust parking program.
