Residential Permit Parking Zones

As provided within the City of South Miami's Code of Ordinance, Section 15A-18; the City shall establish Residential Permit Parking Zones which a residential digital parking permit is valid within the designated zones in which the permit holder resides.  The City may issue a maximum of one residential permit per unit.

Resident shall mean a person who owns or leases real property within a Residential Permit Parking Zone and who maintains bona fide occupancy at that address.
