City of South Miami Launches Residential Parking Discount Program with ParkMobile
SOUTH MIAMI, FL – The City of South Miami is thrilled to announce its partnership with ParkMobile to introduce the Residential Parking Discount Program. This exclusive program offers City residents a more convenient and cost-effective way to park in designated City parking zones.
Through this program, approved residents will enjoy:
- 50% Discount: Pay just $1.50 per hour—half the non-resident hourly rate—at all City parking zones.*
- No App Transaction Fee: Save even more with waived mobile app fees.
To take advantage of this program, residents must complete a simple registration process online. Registration requires the following information:
- Full Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Mobile Phone Number
- A copy of your valid Florida Vehicle Registration showing a City of South Miami residential property address
Important Details:
- Registration must be renewed annually to maintain benefits.
- Each residential property is eligible to register up to two vehicles.
- Approved benefits are valid through December 31 of each year, with re-registration available before year’s end.
